Proposed Vote – Monday, January 17 • The board moves to adjust Article VII of the chapter bylaws, merging the duties of Vice President (section 6) with the duties of Vice-President of Membership (section 9). • On Monday, January 17, members will receive a notice to vote and a deadline for the response. • Based on the outcome of the electronic vote, the bylaws will or will not be adjusted. • To review a copy of the bylaws, go to:http://greaterkansascity.rims.org
