  2. WINES 2020 VICIOUS 2020 VICIOUS FERMENTADO EN BARRICA 2020 ORIGEN GIMÉNEZ DEL TORO AUTOR 2007 GIMÉNEZ DEL TORO TINTO ROBLE GIMÉNEZ DEL TORO RESERVA

  3. 2020 VICIOUS GRAPE VARIETIES: 40% Syrah 20% Tempranillo 20% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Garnacha HARVESTING Night-time mechanized harvesting during the first week of Octobre, selecting those plots of the vineyard which offer optimum conditions for this wine. VINIFICATION After destemming, the grapes are transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation at controlled temperatures between 24 and 28ºC. During this process, several pumpovers are carried out by means of an innovative system, known as “OBI tank”, which allows us to break up the head and homogenize its temperature. Ageing in 225 litre French oak barrels for 15 months, followed by ageing in the bottle.

  4. 2020 VICIOUS WINE TASTING Bright and highly intense cherry-colour with tints of violet on the edge. Intense aromas suggesting black fruits and ripe red fruits, with the toasty and spicy flavours of barrel ageing perfectly assembled. Very complex in the aromatic phase. Full bodied and rounded palate where it displays its fruity, toasty and spicy notes. Smooth and velvety finish. Extraordinary quality of itstannins. ANALYSIS Alcohol: 13,5% Volatileacidity: 0,44 gr/l Total acidity: 5,6 gr/l pH: 3,54 Sugars: 1,2 gr/l

  5. 2020 VICIOUS FERMENTADO EN BARRICA GRAPE VARIETIES 100 % Chardonnay HARVESTING Night-time mechanicalharvesting. VINIFICATION Once destemmed, it is left to macerate cold at 9ºC for 24 hours before a static debourbage is carried out. The next step is cold fermentation and it is then transferred to new French oak barrels where it is fermented for 100 days. Finally the contents of all barrels are homogenized and submitted to cold stabilisation. AGEING PROCESS 3 months in 225 l French and American oak barrels.

  6. 2020 VICIOUS FERMENTADO EN BARRICA WINE TASTING Crystalline, straw-yellow in colour with hints of green and gold. Clean, intense aromas reminiscente of white flowers and fruits, toasty and spicy flavours of dried balsamic herbs. Full flavoured and tasty aftertaste. ANALYTICS - Alcohol: 13,5 % - Volatile acidity: 0,21 gr / l - Total acidity: 6,26 gr / l - pH: 3,35 - Reducing sugars: 1,23 gr / l

  7. 2020 ORIGEN GRAPE VARIETIES 35% Syrah 35% Cabernet Sauvignon 155 Tempranillo 155 Garnacha HARVESTING Night-time mechanized harvesting during the first week of Octobre. VINIFICATION After destemming, the grapes are transferred to stainless steeltanksforfermentation at controlledtemperatures between 24 and 28ºC. During this process several pumpovers are carried out by means of an innovative system, known as “OBI tank”, which allows us to break up the head and to homogenize its temperature. Aged in 225 litre French and American oak barrels for 4 months.

  8. 2020 ORIGEN WINE TASTING Bright cherry-red colour of medium intensity, with light violet shades. Clean and intense aromas of ripe black fruits with the toasty and spicy flavours provided by barrel ageing perfectly integrated. Pleasant on the palate where it displays sweet and toasty flavours. Tasty, enveloping, harmonious and persistent. ANALYTICS Alcohol: 13,4% Volatileacidity: 0,44 gr/l Total acidity: 5,6 gr/l pH: 3,54 Sugars: 1,2 gr/l

GIMÉNEZ DEL TORO AUTOR 2007 GRAPE VARIETIES: 35% Tempranillo 35% Garnacha 30% Cabernet Sauvignon HARVESTING Night-time mechanized harvesting during the first days of September 2007, selecting the most appropiate plots of the vineyard and the best grapes were chosen. VINIFICATION After destemming, the grapes were transferred to stainless steeltanksforfermentation at controlledtemperatures between 24 and 28ºC. During this process several pumpovers were carried out by means of an innovative system known as “OBI tank” which allows us to break up the head and to homogenize its temperature. After ageing in 225 litre French oak barrels for at least 24 months, it was bottled in July 2010.

  10. GIMÉNEZ DEL TORO AUTOR 2007 WINE TASTING Well covered, dark cherry-red colour. Clean and intense aromas reminiscent of ripe black fruits with the toasty and spicy flavours provided by barrel ageing, result in a wine with a very well assembled aromatic complexity . Tasty, fruityand voluminous on the palate where it displays the same sensations as in the aromatic phase. Long aftertaste. Tasty, with all of its components in perfect harmony and tannins of high quality. ANALYTICS Alcohol: 13,5% Volatileacidity: 0,50 gr/l Total acidity: 5,8 gr/l pH: 3,55 Sugars: 2,1 gr/l

  11. GIMÉNEZ DEL TORO TINTO ROBLE GRAPE VARIETIES 30% Tempranillo 25% Syrah 25% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Garnacha HARVESTING Night-time mechanizedharvesting. VINIFICATION After destemming, the grapes are transferred to stainless steeltanksforfermentation at controlledtemperatures between 24 and 28ºC.   12. GIMÉNEZ DEL TORO TINTO ROBLE WINE TASTING Crystalline, brightcherry-colour. Aromas suggesting ripe fruit, with wild and spicy notes.   13. GIMÉNEZ DEL TORO RESERVA GRAPE VARIETIES - 50 % Cabernet Sauvignon - 32 % Tempranillo - 15 % Merlot 3 % Garnacha HARVESTING Night-time mechanicalharvesting. VINIFICATION The destemmed grapes are pumped into stainless steel tanks for controlled fermentation at temperatures between 24 and 28ºC. For temperature control, during fermentation several pumpovers are carried out by means of an innovative system, known as “OBI”-tank, allowing us to break up and homogenize the pulp head. AGEING PROCESS 15 months min. in 225 l French and american oak barrels.

  14. GIMÉNEZ DEL TORO RESERVA WINE TASTING Bright red wine with a half-layer ruby-red colour. Clean, intense aromas suggesting red berries with the toasty and spicy flavours of oak barrel ageing finely integrated. On the palate it displays a rich variety of flavours without losing its silkiness and harmonious structure. Pleasant and long aftertaste.
