How do we overcome those obstacles? • Seeking Financial Help initially (including Loans and Sponsorship) • Providing Specialised services to stand better than competition (It includes Career Counselling from Undergraduate Levels, seminar on Career Management, Personal-Development and Stress-Relief programs etc.) • Allocating Responsibilities under different heads to Avoid any Delay

  12. What will be our plan of action? • Procuring Application for Recognition • Delegating campuses as per Departments • Increasing Hierarchical levels in Departments • Training Staff working in Departments up to the University Standard
