  1. Learning LeadersMarch 2013

  2. Switch – Focus on The Rider • Find your “accountability partner” from our February meeting. This is the person you shared your professional application with and with whom you will be discussing your application with over the next few months. Those who are partnerless – please come up to the front. • Discuss your actions over the last month with regards to focusing on the rider.

  3. Switch – The Elephant & The Path • Each person needs to draw a slip of paper from the BROWN envelope on the table. • Those without slips need to draw one from the WHITE envelope on the table. • Move to assigned location and work to develop 2 things: • A Today’s Meet post • Commentary about your item to share with your group.

  4. Switch – The Elephant & The Path • Each person has 2.5 minutes to share their thoughts on the Elephant & the Path (including both their commentary and their proposed Today’s Meet post). Group members may recommend adjustments in the Today’s Meet post before it is posted. • Post to Today’s Meet with an E – or a P – as appropriate.

  5. Switch – The Elephant & The Path • Find your “accountability partner.” • Share how you are committing to use knowledge of the Elephant and the Path with the professional application that you are focusing on. • We will revisit at our next meeting to follow-up with this partner.
