  4. Key Performance Indicators • 1. Invoices matched and unmatched 2. Invoices that pre-date purchase orders • 3. Number of new suppliers set up  4. Unfulfilled purchase orders  As at 13 October 2010 there are 8495 commitment lines that remain unfulfilled. These date back to August 2009. All colleges and services to be reminded to clear any commitments which are no longer relevant.
