Management: The Accomplishment of Work Through People To be successful managers need to know: • What motivates human behavior • How to effectively and efficiently organize the individual talents of their employees to maximize the collective value of their efforts • How to lead them to accomplish the firm’s goals and purpose

Give an example from your personal experience in which you observed good leadership. Give an example in which you observed bad leadership, and explain how you could have done better.
