  1. Current and few other parameters of the correctors in the Q1 to D1 area Superferric correctors: G. Volpini [INFN, Milano IT] Nested dipole correctors: F. Toral, Jesus Angel Garcia Matos [ CIEMAT, Madrid ES] Presented by P. Fessia

  2. What are we speaking about ?

  3. Nested dipole correctors

  4. Nested Dipole correctors IC IC+OC OC Courtesy of J.A. Garcia F. Toral

  5. Conceptual specifications maximum operating current 2500 A REMARK Presently under evaluation 2 layer design leading to higher central field, shorter magnets, lower operating current but also twice the torque: mechanical feasibility study ongoing Courtesy of J.A. Garcia F. Toral

  6. Superferriccorrecors

  7. 9 types, 5 designs, 9 Conceptual Specifications …

  8. Main parameters

  9. Comparison operating currents with values used for PC estimation and space requirements estimation All values provided to EPC and therefore PC estimations were already in line with the CS values (typo for MCDXF and MCDSXF, but not affecting analysis)
