Managing GÉANT ServicesThe Old Way • Access database for NREN subscription and service information • Ordering services: • GÉANT Plus & GÉANT Lambda circuits via on-line form • Subscription modifications, QoS, MPLS VPNs requested by e-mail • Up-to-date information on NREN subscription and services sent to NRENs by e-mail. • Description of the GÉANT Service Catalogue on the GÉANT2 website.

The Partner PortalThe New Way A website dedicated to GÉANT NRENs and their service subscriptions The Partner Portal will provide: • A dedicated GÉANT home page for each NREN • summarising their subscriptions • Detailed list of each service provided to the NREN • GÉANT IP subscription (incl. L2VPNs) • GÉANT Plus circuits and remaining capacity • GÉANT Lambda circuits • An up-to-date description of the GÉANT service catalogue • Order forms for all GÉANT services • A one-stop-shop for GÉANT statistics, service procedures and contacts
