What is the nature of God? • Omnipotent • All powerful • God Rules in the kingdoms of man The decision is announced by messengers, the holy ones declare the verdict, so that the living may know that the Most High is sovereign over the kingdoms of men and gives them to anyone he wishes and sets over them the lowliest of men. (Isaiah 46v9-10) And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. (Matthew 10v30)

So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God”. Hebrews 1v5 For to which of the angels did God ever say, “You are my Son; today I have become your Father”? Or again, “I will be his Father, and he will be my Son”?

  21. We are now children of God When did God become a father? How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. 1 John 3v1 • Our Father - Romans 8v15 We are his sons, therefore bear his name Let’s pray for it…The Lord’s prayer - “Hallowed be thy name….”
