MOTIVACIONES DEL SECTOR PÚBLICO • DEFINICION DE SECTOR PUBLICO: • Sanidad, Educación, Pensiones, Seguridad, Vivienda, Transporte, Agricultura, Comunicaciones, Infraestructuras, Industria, etc. y las prioridades son de todos conocidos, sobre todo las sociales • POR FALTA DE COMPETENCIA NO HAY MOTIVACION • MOTIVACION DESDE ADENTRO GESTION EMPRESARIAL ING JORGE ENRIQUE CAICEDO

  4. RECURSOS EN EL SECTOR PÚBLICO • DIFERENCIA CON EL SECTOR PRIVADO ES EL ORIGEN Y APLICACIÓN DE RECURSOS • LOS GOBIERNOS TIENEN LA OBLIGACIÓN DE REDISTRIBUIR SUS INGRESOS EN BENEFICIO DE LA POBLACIÓN EN GENERAL GESTION EMPRESARIAL ING JORGE ENRIQUE CAICEDO

  6. PRESUPUESTOS DEL ESTADO • REALIZACION DE PRESUPUESTOS • OBETIVOS COLECTIVOS E INDIVIDUALES PUEDEN ENFRENTARSE • REGIONALISMO Y DEFIENDEN LOS SUYO • HASTA QUE NO CAMBIE LA POLÍTICA DE CLARIDAD, NO PODREMOS OLVIDAR EL PASADO GESTION EMPRESARIAL ING JORGE ENRIQUE CAICEDO

  7. CÓMO SE PLANIFICAN LOS SERVICIOS PRESTADOS POR EL SECTOR PÚBLICO. • MEDICION DE EFICIENCIA? CON RESULTADOS ECONOMICOS • CNT • MINISTERIO DE SALUD • EJMP: Pueden usarse medidas lógicas, para decidir prioridades. Por ejemplo para hacer un nuevo hospital, se puede evaluar los siguientes parámetros: la tasa de incidencias de patologías no atendidas en una determinada localidad, la proporción de pacientes con respecto a médicos que los atienden.
