Emotions. By Matias Fritsch, Iann González, Patrick Atherton and Sebastian Bernal. Depression. It is a mental disorder characterized by episodes of low mood or very low self esteem. Depression can cause suicide, mental problems, not wnating to do anything, it affects the person’s life.

  1. Emotions • By Matias Fritsch, Iann González, Patrick Atherton • and Sebastian Bernal

Depression • It is a mental disorder characterized by episodes of low mood or very low self esteem. • Depression can cause suicide, mental problems, not wnating to do anything, it affects the person’s life. • In the US 3.4% of people with major depression commite suicide, and up to 60% of people who commit suicede had depression or another mood disorder.

  3. Happiness • Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well being, characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. • Philosophers and religious thinkers often difine happines in terms of living a good life, rather than simply as an emotion.

  4. Anger • Anger is an emotion related to one’s psychological interpretation of having been offended, or denied and a tendency to react through violence. • Anger is an emotion that gives you adrenaline to be able to react or defend yourself.

Conclusion • After our survey we analyzed that most people do not know how to deal with emotions, especially the bad ones. • After that we came up with these ideas to help them: • When angry, Breathe deeply & count to 10, Use a squishy material and squish it repeatedly, Tell someone about it to get it off your chest. • When stressed out, Use the “Squishing” Exercise, Breathe deeply & count to 10, Do any sort of exercise of your preference, Drink water and think about nice things ad finally try to find a way to organize or fix the problem (Talk to someone if necessary).
