  2. Aecs Layout is one of the developing residential areas in the Bengaluru city. It is located in the town of Kundalahalli and very well connected to Hosur, Brookefield and many other parts of the city. AecsLayout comes under the Krishnarajapuram BBMP zone and was initially developed in Kundalahalli for the software professionals working in and around Sarjapur Road, Whitefield and so on. It is located at a distance of about 25km from the centre of Bengaluru city. It is easily accessible from Marathahalli Outer Ring Road Junctions, turning east towards Brookefield Road between Whitefield and Krishnarajapuram. This Layout is very close to Information Technology Park (ITPL) on Brookefield and doesn’t require much of a travel to reach Devanahalli Business Park.   3. The recent developments in this locality are due to the growth of surrounding IT companies, and so many are on the lookout for apartments in Aecs Layout for future investment purposes.
