  11. WRONG! Exercise is good for your body, but sleep and rest can be just as good… however, that doesn’t give you permission to watch TV for the rest of your life. That goes to show how smart “the obvious” really is… hmph.

  17. How Does It Work With Other Systems? • The heart (a muscle) plays a major role in the circulatory system. • Muscles support and move bones. • Muscles aid in posture which helps keep bones healthy • The brain (Nervous system) sends signals to tell the muscles what to do.
