  2. Faculty for tourism and hotel management in Kotor • Faculty for tourism and hotel management in Kotor was opened in 1999 year, in Dobrota, Kotor, Montenegro. It has two departments for tourism and hotel management. It has more than 1000 students. This faculty has, also, postgraduates study for both departments, opened three years ago, and includes more than 150 students. The faculty organize course for tours guides and it is licensed by Ministry for tourism and protected surroundings.

  3. Located along one of Montenegro‘s most beautiful bays is Kotor, a city of traders and famous sailors, with many stories to tell. The Old City of Kotor is a well preserved urbanization typical of the middle ages built between the 12th and 14th century. Medieval architecture and numerous monuments of cultural heritage have made Kotor UNESCO listed “World Natural and Historical Heritage Site“.

  4. Accreditation support through implementing Quality Management System • Recognize users and their demands, wishes and needs. Definition politics! • Definition service's processes which makes to fulfill users demands, wishes and needs. • Definition procedures and actions for accomplish processes. • Preparation methods, tools and techniques for further successfully betterment (questionnaires)! • Research out from management these users questionnaires, workers questionnaires, intern study, corrective and preventive measurements.

  5. Quality in education system makes that learning gives more satisfactions. • Students satisfaction • Satisfaction from parents • Satisfaction from government • Satisfaction from professors and all workers in faculty

  6. Quality programs is programs which makes contented demands from students, government and users. • Also, there has to be an informatics' support for accreditation. It has to be unique base of information's for all Faculty and every document can be find in one place. • When quality implemented in the institution, it does not mean that it is forever. Every year commission research out, to see is it something has change.

Accreditation has to have three sectors for results: • Accreditation for study programs • Accreditation for Faculty (institution) • Self value and external value (with hotel managers) • Accreditation for scientific-explore works It is familier that standards QMS is very close with standards for accreditation. Especially for procedures, documentations, betterment, etc. • Accreditation in faculty means that faculty has quality programs for students and they satisfied international standards, which is very high.

  8. Quality organizations • Center for Quality in Podgorica, in Faculty for mechanic sciences, started with accreditation recently. The main projects are implementing standards in many company and institution. It is the young organization with very good perspectives. Their principe's are: We work as safly and good as the most referent organization. We use the best practices (ours and the others). This is specific project, this is the project of all employees. We work with plans and systematically, like the ISO standards demands. • TEDQUAL It is a methodology aimed at improving the quality and competitiveness of Education. Training and Research specialized in Tourism and Hospitality to meet the needs of the Tourism administrations and industry.
