At the March 29 Reliability Committee meeting, the ISO addressed stakeholder feedback it had received on the development of the inputs for the FCA 14 fuel security review and highlighted updates it would be making to these assumptions • At today’s meeting, the ISO will review proposed changes to PP10-I that reflect the proposed updates to the inputs that were previously discussed • Pursuant to Tariff Section III.13.2.5.2.5A(f), participants that have submitted a Retirement De-List Bid will be notified by the ISO if their resource is needed for fuel security reliability reasons by June 6, 2019

Conclusion • At the April 24 RC meeting, the ISO will request a vote on the proposed PP10-I revisions, with a PC vote in May • This schedule will provide a shortened window for the ISO to complete its reliability review of submitted retirement bids under the Tariff • Pursuant to Tariff Section III.13.2.5.2.5A(f), participants that have submitted a Retirement De-List Bid will be notified by the ISO if their resource is needed for fuel security reliability reasons by June 6, 2019 • If committee members have a potential amendment they would like to offer at the April 24 RC meeting, please contact the committee Secretary (mlyons@iso-ne.com) to request time on the agenda
