  6. Individual Artists Books about individual artists get their own section The call number 759 is clearly displayed on the end of the stacks where you will find them

  7. Large Books We have two classes of oversize books The call number starts with a q or a f Ask the staff if you are unsure where to look

  8. Overnight Returns Want to bring stuff back to the library, but we’re closed? You can use the overnight returns slot just outside the library Alternatively, you can return books to any of the other University of Auckland libraries

  9. New Books As you enter the library – first bay on the left Displays are changed weekly, books can be read in the library and requested at the service desk

  10. Recent Journal Issues Our most recent journals can be found on shelves opposite the new books display

  11. Artists’ Books This unique collection is well worth looking into. Check the library catalogue and ask at our service desk for more information

  12. INZART: Index to New Zealand Art Use the INZART database to find articles about New Zealand artists Try looking up your lecturer

  13. Search the library catalogue, databases, print and scan Around 50% of the library budget is spent on Electronic Resources, much of which can be accessed from home
