  2. ปัญหาที่พบในปัจจุบัน โปรแกรมห้องสมุด: • มีความต้องการจำนวนมาก • มีราคาแพง • ไม่ตรงความต้องการของผู้ใช้ • ขาดแคลนบุคลากรในการบำรุงรักษาระบบ ปัญหาอื่นๆ • หนังสือราคาแพง แต่ใช้ไม่คุ้มค่า

  3. แนวทางการแก้ปัญหา • Free software • Web based เพื่อใช้ทรัพยากรร่วมกัน • Server • ผู้บำรุงรักษา • หนังสือ

  9. ปัญหาในการค้นหา • ได้ข้อมูลไม่ครบตามความต้องการ • คำหลายๆ คำหมายถึงสิ่งเดียวกัน • เช่น สุนัขและหมาต่างก็หมายถึง หมา • ไม่ทราบศัพท์เฉพาะทาง
