  1. Propaganda and Bias Bias – A strong feeling for or against something without logical reason. Propaganda – Information that is shared for the purpose of spreading some cause. This information may be true or false, but is usually presented in a way which deceives or misleads the viewer, listener, or reader, as opposed to using logical reasoning

  3. Appeal to Numbers, Facts, and Statistics • Using large numbers or misleading facts and statistics to confuse

  13. Transfer • Presents a positive image or idea and attaches the positive feelings to another unrelated idea to make it seem positive or “better”.
