  1. Environmental sustainability By: Bobby Lewis

  2. What’s the issue? First of all, the world’s population is increasing at an incredible rate. So incredible that the environment has not, and will not, be able to keep up. As a result, the world is on a rate to run out of water, energy, and food, which will all need to be replenished by the year 2030.

  3. Our World in 2030 How to Design an Effective Presentation [Video] Available http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJgeF3ALl0g&feature=plcp&context=C45c8ec4VDvjVQa1PpcFMzfJSlc5aemG3bs3379lyyLsSw_P4RikM=, April 1, 2012.

  4. How serious is our water problem?

  5. Any solutions? The biggest thing we can do as a solution, or at least the process of moving toward a solution, is finding out the financial situation. How much money is available and how much money would it take to decrease these numbers:

  6. Why that solution? Everything starts with money. I’m not saying that everything starts with money and only money, but it definitely won’t be solved without it. That’s why I suggest careful planning first. There’s no need to dump a boatload into the project if we only need half of it. Everyone needs to be smart about this.

  7. Summary There’s no way you can look at each of the visual aids in this presentation and think we don’t need to get to work. Obviously, the problems have been put off long enough. The mountain is already big enough and if it’s put off any longer, it may become insurmountable.
