Broadband Access Loan and Loan Guarantee Program provides funding for • Construction • Improvement • Acquisition of Facilities Eligible Applicants • Public Bodies, Corporation, Limited Liability Corporations, Cooperatives, or Indian Tribes Eligible Area • Completely contained within a rural area or composed of multiple rural areas • At least 15% of households in proposed area not have access to broadband services as defined • No part of proposed area may have 3 or more incumbent service providers

ReConnect Program provides funding for • Construction • Improvement • Acquisition of Facilities under certain restrictions Eligible Applicants • Public Bodies, Corporation, Limited Liability Corporations, Cooperatives, Non-profits, or Indian Tribes Eligible Area • Completely contained within a rural area or composed of multiple rural areas, incorporated areas less than 20,000 population • 90% must not have sufficient access (less than 10 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream for 50%/50% loan/grant applications and 100% loan applications. Grants require 100% of area with insufficient access.

Distance Learning and Telemedicine Grants Program provides funding for • Audio, video, and interactive video equipment • Broadband facilities that support distance learning or telemedicine • Computer hardware, network components, and software • Acquisition of instructional programming • Acquisition of technical assistance and instruction for using eligible equipment Eligible Applicants • Public Bodies, For-profit businesses, Non-profits organizations, or Indian Tribes Eligible Area • Rural areas with 20,000 or less in population
