  1. Our Mission Draft • The love for the sport of skiing and the outdoors. • Family values and friendship. • The physical lodge and its sustainability. • Affordability to all members. The RHSC is a Stamford CT based, volunteer run, family and friendship orientated Ski Club, which owns and maintains a 40 person lodge in Killington VT. The club arranges various activities during the year and provides affordable accommodation when in Vermont. The Club’s mission revolves around four core pillars of focus; Proposal 3/24/09

Draft What is our Vision? • To promote the love of skiing and the outdoors by making the lodge available and running events suitable for these core activities. • To have an active membership of approximately 120. The membership is encouraged to use the lodge at least 4 days per year and volunteer in club activities. • To maintain and upkeep our lodge so that it remains comfortable, functional and affordable, in order to retain existing and to attract new members. As a club we will foster values of family and friendship. The club will arrange suitable events to seek membership participation. • To administer the club in a fiscally responsible manner. The club will target to retain an operating cash account of approximately $30K and will not embark on any capital projects unless the funds have been raised beforehand. Proposal 3/24/09
