  2. Open University of Taras Shevchenko National University is a university that has a big family, and it has been around for over 200 years. It had been ranked among top university in the entire world. Every year, at least 25,000 students join the university around the world.

  3. KNU has a number of notable alumni from many countries, and they are working at the head of the international organization, government, and heads of states. The University is now among the notable university, and the students who join are from the entire world.

  4. Most of the people who attend the university are mature, but the undergraduate are also growing for the students who are between 17 to 25 years old. The students can also register for programs in a separate manner so that they can get credits to contribute to the degree. The modules can be linked in the degree programs.

  5. Open University of Taras Shevchenko National University is also called KNU which stands for the TarasSchevchenko National University. It is on the list of the UMESCO universities and on the list of the European University Association. If you want to attend a 4-year bachelor, the total fee will be less to 8900 Euro, and this includes exams fee and application fee.

  6. Keep in mind those programs maybe shorter or longer than others. Learning online means that you will have the recorded classes with the study materials send to you online and you will need to log in if you want to study regardless of where you may be. The education staff includes PhDs, lecturers who have higher academic degrees with academicians. The graduates of the university are now able to get a high-level education in over 43 disciplines.

  10. The Nazi occupation closed the university in 1941, and its students joined the war, and the staff joined United Ukrainian State University of Kazakhstan. The students and workers at the university who remained, they were forced to join into the Germany labor. University suffered damage because of the battles that took place in Kyiv and the main building of the university, libraries, laboratories and museum got rooted.
