Farm Mechanization DBT Portal ( https://agrimachinery.nic.in/ ) • Workflow based generic application developed for the purpose of DBT in Submission in Agriculture Mechanization Scheme (SMAM) launched in February 2018. Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh , Haryana and Punjab have been onboarded. • Crop Residual Management(CRM) Schemes for Custom Hiring is developed for the State of Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh. • Revised scheme guidelines shall be incorporated by 20th September 2018. • Following features are available for various stakeholders • FARMERS • Online Registration of Farmer, FPOs, Societies, SHGs and their Aadhar Based Verification for application of subsidy against farming Implements • Directory of Dealers and Manufacturers of a particular implement • Search of Various implements of the Manufacturer at a Single Platform • Application for Implements and tracking of Application • Dealer Choice after comparing prices • Subsidy Calculator based on type of farmer, gender and land holding

Agriculture Extension Reforms (www.extensionreforms.dacnet.nic.in) The portal facilitates the registration of beneficiaries, approval and verification so as to transfer in Kind or Cash benefits to the beneficiaries /implementing agencies under ATMA – Farmers DBT Scheme. The application is in use from 2013 and is further enhanced with new features. This has the facility to generate district wise and State wise Monthly Progress Report (MPR) (based on inputs submitted from Districts). • Features: • Integrated with DBT Agriculture Portal • Aadhaar Authentication • Directory on Farmer Friends • Physical and Financial progress of extension activities • SMS (Push / Pull) for getting feedback from Farmers on training 17

Agri Clinics and Agri Business Centres Scheme (ACABC) http://acabcmis.gov.in • AC&ABC scheme was launched in April 2002 with the objective to supplement the public extension system through committed private extension services at free or nominal cost by educated and trained candidates in a self employment mode. • AC&ABC has two main components: • Training • Loan-Subsidy • Features: • Easy interface for online submission of application under AC & ABC training • Application status through auto-generated email to applicants • Complete workflow based system and secure updating of applications by NTIs and MANAGE by separate user credentials • Monitoring Dashboard for MANAGE and DAC & FW • Ongoing Activities : • On-boarding of all NTIs at AC & ABC portal • Development of Loan-Subsidy portal for AC&ABC scheme for on-boarding of NABARD, Banks.

HORTNET under MIDH(http://hortnet.gov.in) • HORTNET is a workflow system for disbursement of subsidy for schemes covered under Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH) under DAC&FW using DBT. This scheme integrates the ongoing schemes of National Horticulture Mission, Horticulture Mission for North East & Himalayan States, National Horticulture Board, Coconut Development Board and Central Institute for Horticulture, Nagaland. • Features • Online Registrations & Multiple Scheme Filing • Registration Alerts on SMS • Multiple Scheme Sanctioning • Generation of Pre-Sanction Orders • Automated Subsidy Calculation • Mobile App (HORTNET) • E-sign and Payment Gateway • 88528054.00 Current Status (2018-19) • 3,69,125 schemes have been filed online; 7735 beneficiaries have received online subsidy with a total disbursement of INR 18.85 Crores as on date • Successfully implemented in the following states–Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Haryana and Odisha. Other States in process of on-boarding Punjab, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Mizoram, West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Goa and Kerala.

DBT in Sub-Mission on Seeds and Planting Material Scheme (SMSP) (www.seednet.gov.in) The SMSP is Web enabled online monitoring system for monitoring State, District, Block level activities under SMSP scheme. The application is in used by State, District SMSP officials. The application has facility to generate Monthly Progress Report (MPR) district wise and State wise (based on inputs submitted from Districts and Blocks). It includes the financial year, season, crop and variety wise seed distributed, Quantity, type (Foundation/Certified) of seed , Seed cost, Subsidy Amount, Quantity of Seeds produced, Type of Seed produced, Other Information, Capture the bank details in which subsidy amount has been transferred. • Features: • Integrated with DBT Agriculture Portal • Aadhar Authentication • Directory of Seed Dealers • List of Notified and Non Notified Seed Varieties • E-mail based support system

Collection of Farmers Records • Farmers information is being collected from the major all India Schemes of Soil Health Card(SHC) and Pradhan MantriFasalBimaYojana (PMFBY) etc. • National Agriculture Market also contains farmers information. • Village wise farmers list is created by merging and de-duplicating the data collected under the schemes which is made available through Search in all the 15 DBT schemes whereby the information is authenticated through respective scheme workflow. • The validated data is made available for rest of the schemes. • Thus this way farmer database with regular updated and single source of truth can be created. • Farmer’s Search facility can be made available for non-DBT schemes like eNAM, PGS India, Fertilizer Distribution etc.

  40. Soil Health Card Portalhttp://soilhealth.dac.gov.in • Soil Health Card Scheme is a flagship program launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India in February 2015. These farmer records can be found in schemes like eNAM. • All the above put together will create the farmers database.
