Beyond the car itself, it is critical to address mobility services as a whole, combining various transportation modes in a more sustainable – environmental friendly - way • “On board” is only part of the customer journey, and “driving my car” is only (a decreasing) part of “on board” • Mobile Phones will be the main tool for customer to program & control its mobility : • Its connected, personal, secured, GPS enabled (NFC coming soon), and OPEN At home On board On the move 1 2 3
