  3. Goals and Objectives • GPRA Reporting • Feed into the BIA system to report aggregate results of performance to the Department • Managing Tribal Programs • Providing a mechanism to track data needed to manage programs at the tribal level

Project Plan • System Release – August 27 • User Acceptance Testing – September 1 thru September 30 • Need volunteers to assist with User Acceptance Testing • End User Training – September 1 thru September 30 • Both Web-Based and Classroom Training will be offered • Production Deployment – October 1, 2010 • TDE Pilot – October 1 – December 31, 2010 • Ideally 20-30 Tribes pilot during 1st Quarter FY2011 • 10-15 Tribes volunteered during SG Conference
