  5. Show your best side! Employers expect you to: • Be energetic an enthusiastic • Be on time - punctual

  6. Follow Directions • Make Smart Decisions • Productive – Make sound, mature decisions • Efficient – meet deadlines and achieve goals

  7. Positive Attitude • Change negative thoughts to positive ones • Think “I can”, “I will”, “I’m able” • Be a team player – remember each person can contribute

  8. Concentrate • Focus on work – show eagerness to work • Care about the quality of work • Listen more than you talk • Resist distractions

  9. All about education! • Read – understand what is asked of you • Write – clear and concise thoughts • Calculate – understand what you are earning before accepting the job, record time you worked accurately

  10. Problem Solving • Recognize problems – ask questions when you don’t understand something • Find Solutions – show inventiveness

  11. Do your job right! • Finish a job on time • Do a good job….Quality, Quality, Quality
