  10. DECISIONS For the management of the Integration, Testing and Operation Budget &Expenses of the AMS Experiment, a CERN account, under the control of A.J. Naudi and C. Saita, will be established Similar procedure to the LEP Finance Review Committee, LHC Resources Review Board

  11. DECISIONS • Integration, Testing and Operation Budget & Expenses for the years 2002-2003-2004 Outstanding Contributions (207 956.00 CHF): MUST BE PAID A. J. Naudi will contact the Funding Agencies at the Highest Level • Integration, Testing and Operation Budget (2006) and Expenses (2005) Approved (1 188 715.92 CHF) • Procedure for financing Integration, Testing and Operation Budget for the years 2005-2006 Approved. Invoices sent to each Participating Institution on June 14. Until now only Academia Sinica (Taiwan) and University of Turku (Finland) have paid • Date of the next meeting CERN, 20 November 2006, 14:30 • Two AMS FRC Meetings / year Spring Meeting: Approve the Expenses incurred in the Previous Year Autumn Meeting: Approve the Budget for the Next Year + Sharing among Participant Institutions

SECOND MEETING OF THE AMS FRCCERN, 20 November 2006, 14:30 • Update List of Common Fund contributing Authors Preparation of the Integration, Testing and Operation Cost Sharing by Countries / Budget 2007 DEADLINE: 20 October 2006 • At the October AMS TIM (October 23-27) the 2007 Budget will be presented together with the sharing by Countries
