  4. Teachers can view grade differences in their gradebook If the option to Show Posted Grade on GradebookMain Screen if different than GradebookGrade is enabled. PS\WS\EA\GB\CF\DS Grade Difference Report WS\EA\GB\SE\PA

  5. The Grade Difference report will allow you to double check that teachers don’t have any grades they haven’t taken care of. Grade Difference Report cont. WS\EA\GB\SE\PA GB Grade is what is in the teacher’s gradebook. Posted Grade is what is in the office.

  6. The first entry on this report is where there is no grade in the teacher grade book but there is a posted grade in the office. This will happen with a new student to the district. (notice how the registrars name appears under posted by) To fix the issue the teacher needs to manually enter the grade in their grade book by submitting a grade change request. Note: we have our registrars enter transfer grades on the student profile grades. Grade Difference Report cont. WS\EA\GB\SE\PA

  7. The second entry on this report is where the grade book grade is different than the posted grade. The student likely turned in late work to bring up their grade but the office needs the updated grade. To fix this issue the grade needs to be reposted by first requesting a grade change and then marking the grade change complete. Grade Difference Report cont. WS\EA\GB\SE\PA

  8. The third entry is where the grade is in the teacher grade book but not in the office. This happens typically when there is a schedule change. To fix this issue the grade needs to be reposted by first requesting a grade change and then marking the grade change complete. Grade Difference Report cont. WS\EA\GB\SE\PA

  9. Blank Grade Report WS\OF\GR\RE\GI\SG

  10. If grades are left blank in the teachers gradebook then semester and final averages will be incorrect. Blank grades will not show as a discrepancy in the teachers gradebook.

  11. This will run the same report that teacher sees if they run a grade proof sheet from their gradebook. Some have found it helpful to run this report. Grade Input & Proof Sheets WS\OF\GR\RE\GI\PG
