  5. Should you become AusAID scholar • Prepare YOURSELF (cultural shock, networking) • Bring your family at least one semester later • Start looking for an accomodation • Get FULL medical check-up (dental, gyno, ultrasound) • Learn extra skills (hairdressing, driving, cycling…)

  6. What to pack • Old clothing • Traditional costumes • Comfortable shoes • Old laptop /loan/ • Flash drive • Cultural events!!! Beware 20kg + 3kg.

  7. Plan B: • ENGLISH /written/ • Choose carefully a field of study • Meet University requirements • Develop Study Plan/Research Proposal • Be socially active • Be proactive DON’T GIVE UP!!!!
