  1. You must complete Work Instruction 5 – Isolating & Removing VDOPS Inlet Hosebefore this Step

  2. Open sampling port on top of filter stack to remove any vacuum pressure in the system. There shouldn’t be any oil expelled.

  3. Gently crack each of the eye bolts on the filter stack then undo them. Use a rag to clean around the seal lines and stop drips. .

  4. Unclip filter and slowly draw oit of filter well taking care that the oil drains back into the well. Inspect the filter for debris.

  5. Hang the filter bag on a hook over a bucket to drip dry before discarding.

  6. Fold new filter longwise and lower into filter stack. Then clip the filter rim into the top of the receptacle.

  7. Place lid back on the filter stack, centre it and evenly tighten the eye nuts and tighten firmy but do not overtighten.
