  2. Every summer Miami gets a little HOTTER and SPICIER as some of it’s top restaurants participate in the mouth-watering restaurant promotion known as MIAMI SPICE. This gastronomic occurrence takes place every August thru September and this year it will be kicked off on Sunday, August 5, 2012 with the MIAMI SPICE GRILL MASTERS; a culinary showdown between some of the MIAMI SPICE participating restaurants. Crowds of people will line up to sample the various grilled culinary offerings and enjoy live music entertainment while our esteemed panel of judges rate the participating restaurants on who deserves to have bragging rights as the first MIAMI SPICE GRILL MASTER.
