  1. 萧宏慈拉筋拍打疗法 Pictures of Oei Hui Kiat’s Lajin 拉筋 Paida 拍打 Self Healing exercise. By Xiao Hongchi

  2. This is the picture of Master Xiao Hongchi 萧宏慈老师 and Oei Hui Kiat 阮辉杰 in Singapore, Saturday, 14 June 2014. Master Xiao is from China, expert in Lajin Paida self healing method which I am practicing now.

  3. My purpose of making this Slideshow is to let my relatives and friends know that this Lajin Exercise is very effective as I have experienced it myself. I started Paida on 15 June 2014 which is equal good. Five criteria of the Lajin are: Effective, fast results, Simple, easy to learn and do, can be done at home or in the office, Safe, no side-effects, Universal application, work for majority of people, free of charge, required no body movement (most suitable for body condition similar like me-stroke victim), DIF (Do-It-Yourself), required no instructor.

  4. This is La-jin 拉筋 The supporting foot must be on the ground. Using specially made bench. Make used of 2 chairs and edge of a wall.

  5. 9 Nov. 2013 This is my Lajin Exercise on bed.

  6. 10 Nov. 2013 In my case, I am using belts and window grill as shown to support my leg.

  7. Duration recommended: Between 10 – 40 minutes each leg. Note: I got stroke in 1998. Doctor’s report: Left thalamic bleed, resultant right-sided weakness and numbness.

  8. 10 Nov. 2013 I do this Lajin exercise, everyday twice a day, morning and evening.

  9. My left leg in this picture is not straight enough, painful to make it more straighter. I can only do it in 15 minutes.

  11. Difficult to make my right arm straight, even thought it is pulled by a belt.

  16. This right leg exercise was done with pain in 10 minutes time for now.

  17. Sunday, 24 November 2013 I have been practicing this Lajin exercise for 4 weeks now, I feel some improvement on my body.

  23. Left leg My right leg is not as perpendicular as it should be, it will be upright in a vertical position in a few days or weeks time later. Now able to stay lifted with bearable pain for 10 minutes for this right leg, 20 minutes for the left leg. Right leg

  24. Saturday 1 March 2014 After having practicing Lajin for 3 months, I need to use plank to support my leg instead of depending on someone to hold my right leg.

  25. This is showing the wood plank attached to the side of a bed by steel bar. If you intent to make similar one, I suggest to use angle iron instead, to prevent from bending due to the weight of the leg.

  27. Left leg By using this plank, my right leg requires no more assistance to hold, especially when I want to extend my exercise. It will be to long for the assistance to continuously holding me leg. I need someone to position my left or right leg to the plank only at the beginning. Right leg .

  31. I started Paida on 15 June 2014. Paida and Lajin are both diagnosis and treatment.

  32. As stated in Master Xiao’s book, the more seriously clogged the meridians, the faster and the darker the color of this red-blue appears. Paida at left Front-Elbow. Thursday, 19 June 2014

  33. Paida at right Front-Elbow (Stroke victim) Friday, 20 June 2014 After Paida slapping, red-blue appeared on my skin as shown, that meant the toxic Qi came out from my body.

  39. Now the exercise of both legs are 20 numites.

  40. 杨双全 Yang Shuangquan, the 28th 1966 Alumni of Chung Hua High School, Surabaya, came to witness my Lajin exercise. As you can see, my left leg is able to be lift up perpendicularly now, so is my right one.

  41. My body reactions from this Lajin Exercise Big farting happened before hard smelly excrement came out everyday for few days. Now the farting is normal, however, still having constipation. In my case, itchiness occurred mostly on various part of my chest and abdomen, after few weeks no more. The stiffness and pulling on my right hip is becoming heavier. At the end of each exercise, I feel sore and painful on my neck, both my upper arms and each of my leg. But after the exercise the pain and sore are gradually gone.

  42. I feel some improvements on my body after Lajin Exercise.

  43. My improvement • After 4 weeks: • Having better sleep at night with less interruptions for urinating. • My right body starting from head to toe, used to be stiff and pulling, now, the pulling on my chick is slowly subside down to my jaw. • After 2 months • Medical Check up • Please take a look at the next slides for my improvement on medical tests. • The benefits I feel on my body encourages me to keep on practicing this Lajin exercise.
