  2. Believe In God • Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. • Often, we take God out of the picture and try to fix the problem ourselves. • MAN – GOD = FAILURE • MAN + GOD = SUCCESS

  3. Man of Faith • Noah and the Ark • God told Noah exactly how to build – even the type of wood to use. • Genesis the 7th chapter

Giant Slayer • David and Goliath • David was a man that put his faith in God. • David was a man after God’s own heart. • Acts 13:22 And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will. • I Samuel 17: 3-7 (Talks about Goliath)

Fire Proof • Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego • Dan 3:17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. • The furnace was heated seven times hotter than it usually was. • Dan 3:24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spoke, and said unto his counselors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. • Dan 3:25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.
