Serie 12600 Diiagnostiics and ProbllemSollviing Typollogy off ffaullts:: LIIMIIT SWIITCH FAULT the red warning light flashing with a lower frequency (flashing frequency is two seconds on and two seconds off). The protection system indicates such a fault in case the control unit does not receive the standard information from the limit switch. Disconnect the 8 pole connector on the control unit and check continuity between the yellow cable and the orange one The cable connecting the limit switch sensor to the control unit is loose. The user lowers the bed with the safety belt fastened (the safety belt uses to disconnect directly power distribution from the control unit) Disengage the safety belt; move the bed to the initial position until the moment it stops and then lower it. Now the bed will operate again. The user has erased the pre-set parameters by mistake. The user has entered in the programming mode resetting the system (or disconnected the power distribution) or he has exited with any programming. So the bed can no more operate. The bed keeps in alarm condition (slow flashing) also after resetting the system. The control unit has to be programmed with pre-set stop positions.

Serie 12600 Diiagnostiics e ProbllemSollviing Typology of faults: ENGINE PROTECTION FAULT The red warning light flashes with a higher frequency (flashing frequency is half a second on and half a second off). The protection system indicates such a fault in case of an excessive engine effort compared to its standard working. Once the preset limit s exceeded, the protection system starts and arrests the device working to allow the user to remove the cause of the excessive engine effort, without damaging it. Fault found Release procedure Press the reset button (if old version, without reset button, remove the power distribution from the control panel); once the red warning light stops flashing (please note during the time that the red warning light flashes, the bed cannot be used), switch on the control panel (keep pressed the arrowup shaped button for 2 seconds) lower the bed and remove the object left on the bed in order to reset the system and let it operate again. The user raises the bed leaving an object on the bed which is compressed against the roof. The user raises the bed leaving a too weight object on the bed. Press the reset button (if old version, without reset button, remove the power distribution from the control panel); once the red warning light stops flashing (please note during the time that the red warning light flashes, the bed cannot be used), switch on the control panel (keep pressed the arrowup shaped button for 2 seconds) lower the bed and remove the too weight object left on the bed, in order to reset the system and let it operate again.

Serie 12600 Diiagnostiics and ProbllemSollviing Typology of faults: ENGINE PROTECTION FAULT (to be continued) Fault found Release procedure Press the reset button (if old version, without reset button, remove the power distribution from the control panel); once the red warning light stops flashing (please note during the time that the red warning light flashes, the bed cannot be used), start the vehicle’s engine, switch on the control panel (keep pressed the arrow-up shaped button for 2 seconds) and bring the vehicle in its end-stoke position (upper position) to reset the system and let it operate again. The user raises the bed when the charge battery is under 11 volts. Fault on the encoder or on the cable. To recognize such a fault please follow the next procedure: reset the bed using the specific button (if old version, without reset button, remove the power distribution from the control panel); once the control panel has been reactivated, raise or lower the bed. If the bed stops again after 10 cm stroke, without reason or without having found any pre-set stop position, this is the case. Once the procedure to identify the fault has been repeated, if the bed gives the same fault after only 10 cm stroke, please bring the vehicle to a service centre or contact us to solve the matter.
