Introduction • This business proposal came out of years & decade of experts opinion & experiences by carefully thought of shared knowledge across media and entertainment industry with value proposition considering current digital age with intentions to connect the dots rightly. • Currently many experts with few years of experience wanted to be self employed to be self sustained passion of career not to depend on non functional area often limits them towards success. • Several examples include but not limited to • A systems specialist wanted to integrate best technology to a customer often fails due to lack of supporting functionality like company name, operations team, license, admin, accounts, PR, LPO, Invoice, vendor agreements, SLAs, such dependency • A content services specialist wanted to creatively produce, provide creative services and distribute to right consumer, often fails due to lack of supporting functionality like technology, company license, accounts, PR, such dependency • A customer perspective today always feel that available so called systems integrators are box shifter not solution providers, lack quality of solution from dealers or suppliers. • Some customers wants Content + Technology solutions, but no single entity takes ownership of such projects falls into traps of blaming several vendors results in customers inefficiency ultimately is answerable to his company stakeholders. • Traditional and conventional content + technology needs migration to digital new media connected world to monetize creative values across globe. • Time has come where converged viewership's habits with smart gadgets are shifting content demands time to time where many content delivery platform is not yet ready to adopt or keep viewers engaged with a pace of consumer electronics changing quarterly globally • Intention of this proposal is to provide answers to all such challenges.
