BlackBoard in Three Acts Purpose I will demonstrate successful faculty development: ways to organize and market workshops, secure funding for materials, offer incentives for participants, and gather information for future improvement will be provided. The Act workshop series key features included lectures (Act I) followed by small group presentations (Act II) and individualized training (Act III).
