ACQuipedia Quick Overview • Launched March 2009 on Acquisition Community Connection (ACC) (106 articles) • Currently 401 Articles • Designed as a knowledge gateway to the best sources of information on specific acquisition topics • Articles linked to Integrated Life Cycle Chart, PM eToolkit, Milestone Document Identification (MDID), Guidebooks, and other PLTs. ACQuipedia Today • Hosted on ACC • Current process not seamless - heavy on time and manually intensive • Word templates used to create new articles • New content uploaded by ACC support team • Capture of suggested articles not built-in • Approval process external to ACQuipedia – no workflow • ACC wiki-like - not true wiki • Quick fix to address requirement while there was momentum

  5. Article Currency • 122 articles beyond 1 year review cycle • 85 full articles need LAM assigned • 104 articles (basic articles) need to be fully developed and need LAM assigned

ACQuipedia 2.0 • SharePoint platform • Easy edit capability - advanced wiki capability • A simple content submission process – with editable fields • Capture of suggested topics built-in • Robust permission-based editing • Auto email notification • Dynamically draws from DAU Glossary to populate definition • Built-in workflow process for content vetting, management, and approval
