  3. Employee Comments • Morale is low due to closing programs. Employees are worried about their jobs • Continue looking for funding • Annual increase not just COLA • Improve Behavioral Health billing • Reopen the treatment facility at RPC • Seek more funding sources • Continue operation of current programs

Organizational Structure and Stability • Federal and State Grant submissions • Increasing client pay billing and streamlining billing process • Partnership with TCC (IT, Billing, RPC) • Golden Heart Project • Ralph Perdue Center Residential Program • Open house – May 28th • Open to clients – June 2nd • Enhanced Detox Facility • Ground breaking – June 3rd • Anticipated opening January 2009

Training and Development • New Hire Orientation • Held monthly providing organizational information • Annual Training • April 9 & 10, July 24 & 25, October 17 & 20 • Supervisor Training • Currently coordinating • Specific specialty • HR assist with coordination • Ongoing training at staff meetings • HR and other guest speakers attend per request

Recruitment and Retention • Recruited at AFN events and Alaska Job Fair • Continue to research for advertisement and recruitment at events • TCC and Doyon Conventions • World Eskimo Indian Olympics • Powwows • Tanana Valley State Fair • Compensation Package • Benefits (Medical, Dental, etc.) – 88% paid by employer • Short Term Disability – 100% paid by employer • Retirement Plan • AETNA EAP discount program • Wage increases, position advancement and training opportunities
