  1. Checks to be performed at the showroom before buying a laptop

  2. Introduction • Today, online stores may have taken over our shopping habits but the concept of brick and mortar businesses still exists, especially amongst laptop makers. • Even now in the era of online shopping, going to purchase a new laptop in a showroom is a more fulfilling experience. • And it is not just a satisfying thing to do but also it is the best way to pick out the best affordable laptops for sale in the showrooms.

  3. CHECK THE DISPLAYTHOROUGHLY • The display of the laptop is what you're going to look at 95 percent of the time when you're using any laptop. So, make sure that it is comfortable enough for your eyes. • Turn the brightness all the wayup and see if it's bright enough. If possible, hold the laptop under bright sunlight to see how much of the content is visible. A matte finish is better compared to glossy screen. • View the content in it from multiple angles. If the laptop in question features an IPS panel you should be able to read text without any trouble

  4. GET A FEEL OF THE KEYBOARD • Some people like low-profile keys, and others, high-profile keys. Only a practical test drive of the keyboard will reveal whether you find it comfortable or not. • Begin the test by pressing down hard on all the keys of the keyboard. If you're seeing signs of flex, you're going to be in for a mushy typing experience. If it feels all right, proceed to the typing test. • Make sure that the keys are neither too hard nor too soft. • Also ensure the pitch, or the distance between the keycaps, is ideal for your fingers.

  5. MAKE THE SPEAKERS CRY • A laptop showroom is a good place to test the speakers of a laptop because it's usually sufficiently noisy, like most outdoor places. • If audio quality through the laptop speakers is important to you, turn the volume up to full to check how loud the laptop speakers can get. • There are some main things that a laptop speakers must not do: they should not crackle when the volume is turned up, even if the audio isn't as loud as youexpected it to be, just ensure it doesn't break up. • Lastly, don't fall for the labels of fancy names of audio technology companies blindly.

  6. ENSURE UPGRADEABILITY OF RAM AND HARD DRIVE • Even if you're buying a laptop with only 4GB of RAM because the model with 8GB is out of the reach of your budget at the moment, please ensure that the laptop is upgradeable. • If the laptop has a user-accessible RAM slot you can always swap the 4GB RAM chip for an 8GB one at your convenience. If it has two RAM slots, you have more flexibility. • The same rule goes for hard drives as well. If you know that your hard drive is upgradeable, you can always switch to a Solid-State Drive later on, should you feel the need for speed.

  7. Conclusion In order to try all these you would have to visit to one of the trusted showroom which can offer you the best business laptops for office purpose and also provides consumer-based laptops which suitable for personal use. Be wise in selecting the showroom because now there are many laptop sellers who has more offers and benefits like long tenure, EMI offers etc.
