RCO Stewardship • Received a recommendation in our 2010 LWCF program review: • Better organization of older contract documents and maps • Suggested a ‘park based’ approach to tracking past projects • Question Discussed: • How do you know if you are meeting the goals of your SCORP? 2014 NASORLO Annual Meeting

  3. Goals Scoping a Technology Solution • Map all project locations • Manage projects geographically • Support our SCORP • Conduct and complete inspections in the field • Track project issues • Track project and Grants Manager’s tasks 2014 NASORLO Annual Meeting

Creating a Technology Solution • Applied for a LWCF grant to build a technology solution. • Received $127,500 from NPS • Provided $127,500 in match • Created an internal team and worked with a contractor to design and build a mobile technology solution and map. • Began in late 2012 • Completed in January 2014 2014 NASORLO Annual Meeting
