Visitor Engagement Rules Time Based • We will test the best time to have a pop-up invitation appear on individual pages – i.e. home page - 15 seconds, 30 seconds, etc. Become a member - 30 seconds, 60 seconds, etc. Form Based We will test pop-up invitations on your ‘Become a Member’ page: • If the user abandons the form • If the user sits on the page and does not submit information with 10 seconds, 15 seconds, etc. Keyword Search We can have pop-up invitations appear specifically for users who : • Come in through a specific domain – i.e. Google • Come in from a Fortune 500 company – i.e. Dell • Use specific keywords – i.e. geopolitical intelligence, geopolitical consulting, strategic intelligence, etc.

AWARENESS STAGE 30-45% contact capture from chats conducted CONSIDERATION STAGE 40 – 55% name capture from chats conducted ACTION STAGE Engage with a Mojo Representative on site PURCHASE Prospect Entry Points Visitors who are not familiar with the company, products, etc. i.e. What does Stratfor do? Visitors with an understanding of the product and want more detailed information. i.e. How much will it cost to upgrade more licenses for a group subscription? Visitors who provide contact information and are referred to the company. i.e. Yes, I would be pleased if a product specialist would contact me. My e-mail is…

  6. Next Steps Meeting #2 Tuesday, March 17th – Review Qualifying Materials Cecelia will call you to discuss qualifying questions, conversion actions and answers to frequently asked questions. Meeting #3 Thursday, March 19thOn-Line Chat Training Rebeccawill participate in a few role playing scenarios (on a development server) with someone from your team. Purpose: • This will give you an opportunity to see how our chat reps will interact with your website visitors. • We will be able to fix any verbiage issues before going live on the site. Meeting #4 Monday, March 23rd (if needed) Stratfor inserts code on site We can walk you through the implementation steps of deploying chat on your site. Go Live Tuesday, March 24th
