  12. ACTION PLAN FOR COHESION FUND PROJECTS The purpose of the action plan is the following: • Exhaustive recording of the main problems occurred during the projects’ implementation phase • Detection and elevation of required measures to be taken in national, regional and local level

For the new programming period, submission of application forms for assistance by the Cohesion Fund regarding individual projects or groups of projects will be a no longer process as the Cohesion Fund will function as a Multi-Year Operational Programas follows: NATIONAL STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK Compiled by the M-S, Approved by the EU Operational Program in national level OR/AND PRIORITY WITHIN OTHER SECTORIAL OR REGIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAMS COVERS UP TO 85% OF THE PUBLIC EXPENDITURE Enlargement of sectors’ eligibility NEW PROGRAMMING PERIOD 2007-2013
