  5. Forecast Cycle Overview • Updating • You can load Forecast Cycle data to SCPM via three methods: • S2S (server-to-server) upload from your backend system • Manual update via spreadsheet upload • Manual update via E2open UI

Data Measures • The system represents dynamic data in Data Measures • There are three types of data measures: • Standard – data input to E2open, manually or via S2S from other systems • Forecast and corresponding Commit, for example • Calculated – data computed by E2open • Forecast-Commit Delta, for example • Exceptions – problems flagged by E2open • Based on pre-defined business logic • Supply Shortage, for example

  11. Viewing Forecast Cycle Data History • Follow the path: Supply Collaboration  Collaborations  Forecast History to access the Collaboration Search page. • Enter your search criteria. • Click the Search button to access the Collaborator Selector page. 2 3 1

Updating Commodity Risk Data Tip: You must be using the OCM or OCM Risk role to update CRA data Update Button 1 i ii A i ii There are two ways to update the Commodity Risk data measure: • Enter the data directly into the Commodity Risk PITs and click the Update button. or • Click the checkboxes for the Collabs you want. • Click the Proposal to CRA (i) or Commit to CRA (ii)button to copy the PIT data to the CRA PITs.

  18. Viewing Commit by SubGeo 2 1 3 • From the Collaborations sub-tree, click Commit by SubGeo to access the Collaboration Search page. • At the Collaboration Search page, enter your search criteria. • Click the Search button to execute your search and access the Collaboration Selector page

Assigning an Unassigned Forecast • IBM may send a forecast to SCPM without an assigned supplier • To execute a assign an unassigned forecast, you must be using either the Procurement role or OCM role • To assign an unassigned forecast: • Follow the Menu Path: Supply Collaborations  Collaborations  Assign Forecast. • Filter for the collaboration which contains the unassigned forecast you want to assign to a supplier. • Workflow not complete…

  24. Assigning an Unassigned Forecast • From the Collaborations sub-tree, click Assign Forecast to access the Multi Collab Filter page. • At the Filter Parameters page, enter your filter criteria. • Click the Next button to execute your filter and access the Collaboration Selector page 2 1

  25. B2B Triggers

B2B Triggers • The B2B Triggers in the SCPM UI allow you to send data contained in SCPM to suppliers’ backend systems via B2B • To execute a B2B Trigger, you must be using the B2B_I role • There are two B2B Triggers: • Send B2B Forecast to Suppliers • Send B2B Order Book to Suppliers • Once the B2B trigger has been executed, the Collab Attribute 4A4 will be set to ‘Y’, indicating that it has been sent. If you later decide you need to modify the data and resend it, using a regular Org Access role you will need to edit the Collab Attribute 4A4 value to ‘N’ before resending the data.

  27. B2B Triggers • IBM can trigger SCPM to send Forecast and Order Book PITs to Suppliers via S2S: • From the Upload/Download tree click B2B Forecast to Suppliers or B2B OB to Suppliers to access the Filter Parameters page. • Enter your filter parameters and click the Next button. 1 2

B2B Triggers • At the Timeline Pattern page, click the Timeline Pattern you want. • Click the Next button to prompt the system to execute the download and access the Download Status page. • At the Download Status page, note the Key for your download. Note: You can monitor the success of your transaction via the Network Console. 1 2 3

  29. B2B Reports • From the Issues tree, click Problem Filter to view the Problem Summary page. • Click the Problem Name to review the list. • Select the desired Collabs. • Click the Multi Collab button to view the details. 1 2 3 4
