  1. Marriage – What does the Bible Teach?

  2. “Buy truth and do not sell it.” Proverbs 23:23 • “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.”Matthew 5:44 • “speak the truth in love,”Ephesians 4:15.

  3. Is same sex attraction natural? • All sin is natural • That doesn’t mean it’s right • As with all sin, people have to make a choice

  4. Where do we stand as a Church? • Our foundational Teaching Document says “We believe that Marriage has traditionally been the same from the beginning of recorded history, which is the life-long union between a man and a woman.”

  5. The Bible speaks absolute truth and we need to hold to that as tenaciously as possible and never give up on what is clear.

  6. How are we to respond as a Church? • Our role is to be involved in the lives of the people around us, caring, sharing, loving so that when the brokenness comes, we will be there to share with them the message of forgiveness, love, joy and hope in Jesus
