Do you have any ideas as to how I can accomplish this?” • People listen to the radio differently each day, depending upon their activities. Our “Super Round-Up” scheduling system recognizes this. Using a specific day/hour rotation of 24 commercials per station per week, this plan puts your marketing message in front of our listeners all week long and with great frequency. In fact, its average reach into a station is 94% of the 12+ cume an average of 18 times over the 13 week period! • This scheduling system even offers you access to this market’s second and third shift decision makers! • The following 4 slides illustrate how the system works.

The 13 Week Round includes the following # spots per daypart: Mon- Fri Sat Sun Mid- 6a 69 6 3 6a- 10a 43 6 3 10a-3p 53 6 3 3p-7p 43 9 3 7p-Mid 50 9 6 24 spots a week, 312 spots total To price a 13 week ROUND UP () do the following:  a) Multiply the number of commercials used by your correct day/daypart rate. b) Add it all together ‑ that's the total price for your ROUND-UP. c) Divide the total cost by 13 (the number of weeks in the flight) and present the schedule on an “investment per week basis.” d) Get the client to sign off on it ‑ this schedule won't work unless it runs the full 13 weeks and because of this there are no cancellations allowed in a "ROUND-UP."
