Pallo tuolilla lähdössä. Pujottelurata ensin ja toiseen päähän tehtävä kori. Niin kauan yritetään, että pallo menee koriin. Korin jälkeen kierretään kulmakeila.Kulmakeilan jälkeen keilalle etuperin ja peruutus takakeilalle, eteenpäin ja peruutus.

  1. Pallo tuolilla lähdössä. Pujottelurata ensin ja toiseen päähän tehtävä kori. Niin kauan yritetään, että pallo menee koriin. Korin jälkeen kierretään kulmakeila.Kulmakeilan jälkeen keilalle etuperin ja peruutus takakeilalle, eteenpäin ja peruutus. Kuljetus eteenpäin ja syöttö ennen keskiviivaa sivurajalle. Tarkka syöttö . Syötön jälkeen leikkaus Vapariviivalla olevien keilojen väliin ja syöttö päädystä Yksi heitto. Koriin -5s kello pysähtyy kun pallo syöttäjällä. Expert – sarja taitokisa
