  4. Outcomes Access Block dropped from ~45% to <10% Bypass-what’s bypass? Triage category KPI’s were met-patients weren't waiting for hours. We meet and exceed all TC KPI’s The Did not waits reduced- 2% The compliments went up The ‘chatter’ changed

  5. Key learnings Don’t forget your culture Accountability is everything It doesn’t work if your Executive don’t back up ED staffing needs to be built for success, not as a RMO repository.
