    16. Applicants who have never held a gaming card or worked in a restricted location. Applicants who have a current gaming card that is due to expire. Security Guards who hold a security card but do not hold a current gaming card or registration.

    48. WHY ACCESS THE SYSTEM OF RECORDS? Hiring individuals deemed unsuitable to hold a gaming position is in violation of Nevada Revised Statutes and Gaming Regulations and may result in a regulation violation and/or complaint against the licensee. Checking the system will ensure the applicant receives the proper paperwork to be registered with the Gaming Control Board.
