  2. Introduction • Creating a Vendor Bike that will offer a large of amount of BanhTrangTron to customers everyday and provide the vendor with a more portable and functional way to make a living • BanhTrangTron – salad type street food native to Vietnam

  3. Customer Needs Assessment • 50 surveys sent to Vietnamese citizens covering a range of aspects about the Vendor Bike AHP

  4. Revised Problem Statement • We are stated with the problem of how to make a BanhTrangTron vending station more portable by attaching it to a bike, while making sure it still can hold the quantity needed for sale, be sturdy enough to last in the region, and be inexpensive enough to be worth buying for vendors.

Literature Review • Street Vending is a Huge part of Vietnamese Culture. • Vietnam ranked “Low Income” on international standard • Street Vending: Low Cost, Low Risk, Easy Entrance Mostly Sell • Rice Cakes • Corn and Xoi (Streamed Rice) • Prepared-on-Site Food (ex. BanhTrang) *Most Common Our Vendor-Bike will be compatible with selling prepared-on-site foods and able to be made with motorized bikes.

Design Target • Design target: Vending bike – prepare-on-site food section • Design product: Compatible box • In addition, this box will be as flexible as possible so that other food sections in street vending could use it. Besides food, our vending bike could be sold to other type of street vending such as toys, souvenirs, etc.
