  2. Port City Architecture’s Firm Profile • Founded in 1989, Port City Architecture offers a comprehensive range of interdisciplinary Architectural Services with a focus towards Additions and Renovation Projects. • Our services include: • Master Planning, Project Planning and Feasibility Studies • Provide fund raising materials • Programming building functions • ADA and Life Safety Code Review • Permitting and Community Outreach • Cost Estimating • Project Design and Engineering • Construction Document Préparation • Construction Administration • General Architectural Consulting • Interior Design Services • Our Mission is to cultivate long-term relationships with a select group of clients who regularly require Architectural Services and to provide those clients with the highest quality and most consistent level of service no matter what the size of the project. • This “relationship” philosophy provides us with special insight and understanding into each client’s unique goals, work processes, personalities, and ideology. It eliminates the normal learning curve and creates opportunities to build on our previous knowledge base and to plan more effectively for future growth. This client philosophy is further enhanced by our commitment to provide personalized service by maintaining a smaller scale staff (Approximately 10-15) with very low turnover. • The same professionals who work on your project today will be there next year as well. We typically maintain contact with all of our clients even between projects to keep abreast of their current activities and to share information on trends and technology in their field or industry. • Our firm is well balanced. We excel at creating functional, unique, and aesthetically pleasing designs even under extreme budget constraints. Solving difficult design problems gives us great professional satisfaction. Low cost operational systems and sustainability are integral parts of our practice. • We maintain the latest software in design and graphics including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and many other programs. We maintain an active website with a client secure virtual plan room that allows consultants and owners to view the latest versions of all plans. Belgrade Community Center
